Quran Mazeed Group Syllabus

1. Quran Reading and Memorization

Students will read and complete the full Quran with correct Tajweed and fluency.

• Daily one-on-one recitation with correction.
• Reading starts from Surah Al-Baqarah or student’s current level.
• Continuous revision of previously read sections.
• Memorization of selected Surahs — Surah Nas to Zilzal, and important verses (Ayat al-Kursi, last 2 ayahs of Surah Baqarah & last 3 ayahs of Surah Hashr etc).
• Practice with Waqf (stop) signs and fluency improvement.

Emphasis on consistent practice and application of Tajweed throughout the Quran.

2. Masnoon Duas Memorization

From the book “Prophetic Duas”
With meanings and proper pronunciation:

• All Duas from previous groups (Qaida and Ammpara)
• Plus: Duas from Sunnah related to travel, illness, hardship, entering masjid, after Adhan, etc.
• Daily recitation of selected Duas in class

Each dua is memorized with its meaning and context.

3. Hadith Memorization (21–40)

From the book “Hadith Light for Little Hearts”

Students will memorize Hadith 21 to 40, focusing on:

• Saving from Hellfire
• Speak Good or Remain Silent
• Virtue of Teaching the Quran
• Salah is the First Question on Qiamah
• Smiling is Charity
• Smell of a Fasting Person
• Avoid even small sins
• Avoid Lying
• Allah Loves the Believers
• Signs of the Last Day
• Good Character is Part of Faith
• Contentment is Wealth
• Mercy
• Who is a True Muslim?
• Accountability of Speech
• Keeping Family Ties
• Keeping Secrets
• Halal and Haram are Clear
• Simple Way to Paradise
• Love and Faith

Taught with brief explanations and real-life relevance.

4. Advanced Fiqh and Islamic Studies

• Review of Five Pillars of Islam and Iman
• Detailed study of Wudu, Ghusl, and Salah (conditions, pillars, invalidators)
• Types of prayers (Fardh, Sunnah, Nafl, Witr, Janazah)
• Introduction to Zakat and Sawm in detail
• Basics of Hajj and Umrah rituals
• Halal and Haram food and behavior
• Seerah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (brief overview)
• Names and short stories of 25 Prophets

Lessons presented through story-based and age-appropriate materials.

5. Advanced Tajweed Practice

• Advanced Tajweed rules with real-time application
• Detailed study of Noon Sakin, Meem Sakin, Madd types, Qalqalah, Ghunna, and Waqf
• Practice with commonly mispronounced letters
• Reading drills for fluency and confidence
• Regular assessment and recitation testing

Tajweed applied in every recitation session.

6. Expected Outcome

• Confidently read and recite the full Quran with Tajweed
• Memorize selected Surahs and key verses
• Apply 30+ Masnoon Duas in daily life (if starts from Qaidah Group)
• Memorize and understand 30 Hadiths (if starts from Qaidah Group)
• Perform Wudu and Salah correctly with understanding
• Know the basics of Fiqh, Seerah, and Islamic manners
